​Booking Policy: All bookings are subject to availability. A valid ID proof (Aadhar/Passport) is mandatory at the time of check-in.

​Payment: Full or partial payment (as per the booking rate) must be made to confirm the reservation.

​Usage of Content: All images of our luxury suites and mountain views shown on this site are property of the resort and cannot be used without permission.

​Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the resort. Any damage to resort property (like furniture or decor) will be charged to the guest.

​Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services will be subject to the courts of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
